The beach, camping, the park, bbqs, Splish Splash, etc.<BR/><BR/>There are some people who school all year (with the idea that they can then take a week off any time they want through the year) but the actual practice of that is not for me. Having grown up with the whole September-June thing, I find it impossible to continue through the summer. Also, the kids love having a long break and knowing they've "graduated" to another grade.
